They both had impressive numbers but Lebron failed to take his team to the playoffs and Melo did and he also got them to the second round that year to both teams where playoff no show's the year before im just wondering.. was the rookie of the year guranteed to be lebrons as long as he played decent
Another note I understand why mvp is giving out for a depending on the season because you also have a finals mvp and thing change in the play offs Henc d rose and LBJ this year but I think rokkie of the year should wait until the whole thing is done (imo).
