How come when I watch a DVD on my ps3 it's black and White?

When ever I put a DVD in my ps3, it's in black an white, it happens with every DVD (dvd set on colour setting) and it never use to do this, only up to a month ago, and I didn't so anything to it, it was working one moment and next it didn't. Help?!?
 
If your dvd are region 2 that could cause the issue as the PS3 is not region free for movies ! You have two options when setting display settings for the Scart cable: "Y Cb Cr" and "RGB" - you need to set it to RGB.
