how do i change my default torrent program to bittorrent? or how to save a magnet...

...file as a torrent file? utorrent is being dumb and the DHT isn't working, but bittorent is acting fine. but even if i uninstall utorrent, it just doesn't open at all. so is there some kind of option i can use for it can automatically open in bittorrent? i read around and it keeps saying to save the .torrent file, but i can't do that with magnet, can i?
 
Go to preferences in BT and there is a buttont that says associate with torrents or something like that.
