I got the cable and everything but after I connect the two nothing happen, how do I access my phone through my computer? I tried downloading the driver for it but it did nothing. What am I missing and please give me details.
I know that you usually need a program for Motorola phones, forgot the name, I downloaded it but it said it couldn't detect my phone when I tried it, maybe I didn't need that program.

But now I got another problem, do you know where I can get MPT (Motorola Phone Tools for those of you who don't know). I'm not allowed to get it online, and so I checked some stores but they don't sell it separately. Do you know a store in Canada that sells them. Or do you know a web site with a free download that works?
