Hiii! I want to connect to my school network / workgroup, what ever u want to call it, but the only way i know how is to give it to the it guys at the school. Personally theyre morons if u ask me, and theyre particularly demanding, and stupid. They want me to get microsoft office and an anti virus software that i pay for (e.g. Not avg free) otherwise they wont connect me to the network.
I need help, i really need to use the stuff they have to offerat school but i cant connect it unless i buy microsoft office or an anti virus software.
Can anyone help me? basically i want to connect to the network without giving them my laptop. thanks in advance.
P.s: im using open office, thats why i dont want to get microsoft office, and why wud i want to pay for anti virus, when viruses arent a threat to me, i can spot a virus from a mile away, im not a moron.
