I can not for the life of me get an open NAT for my xbox live account. I have a moderate connection, but nothing good enough to play against my buddies. I have Hawaiian Telcom Motorola Netopia 2247-62 model that is a dual modem and router. I've port forwarded all of the necessary, and optional ports for the xbox, upnp is on, I really have run out of options and am going to cancel service if I can't get this done. When i called Hawaiian telcom, the second i mentioned a Nat problem the guy would refuse to help me. I can't be the only one with this problem. HEELLLPP please. i'm freaking out here.
I've tried to make my xbox a static nat, didn't work. tried changing protocols, they really didn't work. bottom line is every time i think i'm close i just get farther away. The xbox always says that is has connection, just xbox live is unavailable. got any suggestions?
