How do I convert my FC-1055 crankset stem from my old 1993 trek bike to carbon fiber? I do not know the compatibilities, and please do not refer me to sheldon, since I am new to cycling and don't know the bike lingo they use in there. Plain English for a dummy is great, since I am one.

What product should I be looking for???
