how do I extract an iso from a torrent file?

I tried to unpack (whatever im doing to it) a psp game iso with bittorent for mac but it won't do anything, it just goes inactive immediately. What's seeders and leechers and how do I be a seeder?

Is this really what I have to do to the file to get it to work on jpcsp emulator? I just want the damn iso file out of the torrent.

well your using mac so this might not work but here it goes:
1. make sure that the torrent is fully downloaded
2. look at the folder that has all of your downloaded content
3. locate the iso file it should be huge in size and have .iso at the end or .bin
4. you need mounting software i.e. daemon tools, alcohol120(i think its called, i use daemon tools)
5.mount the iso/ or bin file
6. it should trick the computer into thinking that there is a disk in the disk tray
7. go to the disk tray and run setup.exe for a game, or software for anything else stop at step 2.

You Run the torrent to download the game, then you open it. Also Jpcsp Will not let you play the game you just downloaded because you half to own the game and once the game is downloaded its already been turned into a fake game then you will need to get programs to change it back also leechers are people stealing info and slowing it down seeders make the download go faster to be a seeder just when its donw downloading leave is where it say seeding
