How do i fix my windshiled wipers on my honda accord 95?

It just started raining when i turn the switch for my wipers. They moved half way when i accidentally turn the switch back to off. I turned the switch again so that they would go back down and they dint move.

I keep turning the switch and i hear the motor but the wipers don't move. How can i fix this problem.
