How do I get music to play out of my speakers while having people's voices...

...I'm chatting with come out of my he? How can I keep music playing out of my speakers using Windows Media Player or YouTube, while still having peoples voices in Ventrillo and Teamspeak coming through my headset.

I have a USB connected Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 headset/microphone.
