How do I get rid of green water in my fish tank?

I have 8 tetras in a 14 gallon tank, and I can't seem to keep the water from turning green. The water parameters are normal. The fish are fed every other day and they eat it all within 2-3 minutes. And I do a 20% water change weekly. Other than the green water, the tank is doing fine. I've had the tank set up for 4 months now, and this just started happening a couple weeks ago.
