How do I get the protected music I've bought from iTunes onto my Zune Marketplace?

the question says it all. i want to switch from ipod/itunes to the zune but i've bought a lot of music off itunes that i want to put in my zune marketplace but the problem is that apple thinks they own the music even after you buy it so they protect it so you can only use it on an ipod, it really should be illegal.
