I am a single mom and I have a VERY unshy child who will run off and play with anyone who is around when we go to the park, young or old and I literally have to stay right with him and sometimes have to drag him away from other people kicking and screaming. I have even had him walk around the other side of play ground equipment and make a run for a family headed to the parking lot to get in there car. I hate our experience's so much that outings were he is not strapped into a stroller are few and far between. The problem I am facing is that my sons alleged bio father who has not been in our lives up to this point has recently decided to go to court to get parent time. I am worried that during his time with this guy my son may give him a run for his money and something could happen. I also fear some unfinished stories about this guy from his own past about an ex of his and her son. As this guy told me that she would NEVER allow him to be alone with her son but he could take her daughter places on his own all the time and that if I ever found his x he would never see my son again. Unfortunately I can't prove anything so the court does not care about my concerns. I would like to prepare my son for being away from me since I can't be there to protect him but I also don't want to scare him. Any advice Please!
