I'm a freshman in highschool, and we are doing fitness tests in p.e. the next test coming up is for push-ups...the problem is.. I cant do them! D: I'm not out of shape..I'm on a softball team and I'm a pitcher so I'm very active. How do I do a proper push up? Every time i try it feels like my arms will snap...any strength exercises i can do to strengthen the muscles used in a push-up? I really need help..
