I have a pro 136 desktop police scanner from Radio Shack. I can't figure out how to program the channels into it. I have the codes, but when I enter them it keeps saying ERROR. I can't figure it out and it won't even let me search or scan any of the banks except bank 0.
What am I doing wrong? I have read the manual and I follow the directions, but it still won't work!!
