How do I remove the rear license plate of a Kia Sportage?

There is a license plate frame and two rivets on the license plate. See the picture at http://www.flickr.com/photos/shijaz/3172509175/sizes/l/

I want to exchange this plate to get an export plate. Can someone post directions on how to remove this plate without breaking anything?
