how do i set my gameshark bluetooth up to my ps3? HELP !?

okay so i just got the bluetooth from best buy and i threw out the directions as soon as i got it (stupid choice)

but with that said, maybe someone here can help me out on how to sync this bluetooth step by step? explain.

because im totally lost and i really want to talk wile i play call of duty!
