How do I transfer torrents to iTunes?

I have u torrent but I want to know how to transfer the torrents into iTunes please give me detailed instructions

Once you the torrent download finishes, copy it or cut in into a desired folder.
go to itunes, file>add file to library> and browse to find the folder in which you cut/copied that file to. select the file and click "open" in the window. if the file is openable by itunes, you're all set.
