unless you have access to the Router there's not much you can do. if you're using U Torrent for example to download them, you have to open up the random port in the settings on the router to the IP of the computer so others can upload from your previously downloaded torrents.

If it works, you can use a proxy or a version of bitguard. That way, all torrents are anonymous. Of course, if your Admin can record your activities, then no torrents for you.
