how do i unlock the nissan 240sx on the ps3 version of need for speed carbon?

ive already beaten all the checkpoint races in challenge series and the car is not in my car lot and i cannot find a collectors edition of nfs carbon anywhere on the market do i have to have ce for ps3 to get it?
