How do you change attributes to on online OTP player in NHL 12 (PS3)?

Hey guys,

Been a while since I've played and it's seems to have a different layout compared to NHL 10. I seem to be having trouble finding where to add/change all those +5, +3 attributes before jumping into an OTP game. Someone help me with this obvious answer? lol
