I just got a new Samsung WEP300 bluetooth headset and it cannot connect to my LG Shine. I turned on my bluetooth and clicked search new devices but it says it won't find my headset and I even turned it on.
it should work you just need to make sure that your settings are all correct on your phone especially. You need to go onto google.com and search WEP300 set up. Thats all you need to type. Then you will find a website that will tell you how to properly set up the bluetooth and how to set up your phone to find it
but from what your telling me it sounds like you don't know how to put your bluetooth headset into search mode.
