how do you enable the "ringtones" tab on iTunes itself?

You know how when you connect your iPhone, and then there's different tabs right on the upper middle area of it right after you click, "Someone's iPhone", and then it says summary, info, apps, music and so and so. There! I don't have the ringtones on there. How do i fix it?
