I know a fare bit about computers, and I managed to get my Dial-up internet (we moved and had to downgrade) working through some form of wireless LAN, and I also believe it work on the LAN cable as well... Although the next day when I try to connect I was given a limited or no connection notification. I've tried changing it, deleting the network at creating it again, ticked the "using ICS" bubble on the wireless, LAN and Dial up connection... I've gotten a good LAN connection able to share information, play games etc... And the closest i've got so far is an error bubble notifying me of an IP address conflict (I think the IP addresses are the same or something)... Do I have to change my Internet protocol TCP/IP address or will this just cause more trouble? And what should I change it to?

Sorry about the question being so confusing i've just tried to include as much as possible
