how do you get a hydraulic brake line to fill with brake fluid on a dirt bike?

the seal in my caliper went bad and i replaced it but now im having trouble getting the brake lines to fill back up with fluid cause they were empty what should i do
 
Bleed them fill them with fluid make sure the bleeder screw is closed then manually pump the brake lever 10-20 times after the last one hold the lever down unscrew the bleed screw until fluid comes out tighten the screw and release the lever and repeat until they work properly.
