How do you get a "regional" code for Hitachi DVD player? (PF5E)?

I want to be able to watch every countries DVD's, but my dvd player won't let me. I had a chat with my friend about how to do it, and he said i need a regional code. But I've got no idea how to find it, my daughters a computer genius! and even she can't do it. So, I'm guessing It's hard. Any Help?
