How do you get tuner and muscle car champion in Midnight Club LA for the XBOX 360?

I already beat the other champions and got unlimited money as well. Also, my muscle car and tuner I unlocked the wide body kit for it.
 
I do not know how to get the cheats but you can go to gamefaqs.com they have everything from walk through to cheats.
