We are making styrofoam boats in science and we need to use the propeller to push air not water. How do we make the boat go faster with: Hull shape and Propeller blades. The boat will be powered with a solar cell and we can't change it, add a battery, or alter the motor. The only things we can change is the hull and the propeller. Any suggestions?
