How do you obtain winter board themes online to your Ipod Touch?

Yeah...(before I commit suicide because of frustration) I've been on the internet and seen plenty of themes for my Ipod touch that I would LOVE to have downloaded it and nothing has happened. Read lots of articles on how but they really never got to the point....And yes my ipod touch IS jailbroken....so umm if any of you good ol' hackers could help me,that'd be GREAT!

what you have to do is download the themes and ssh them into your winterboard.app through winscp or ifunbox etc. personally i prefer ifunbox for that kind of stuff
