How do you open a UIF torrent file?

just got a torrent, can figure out how to open it. it is a UIF file, and winace cant get it open for me so im clueless, if you can please help,

UIFs are a proprietary file format opened by MagicISO. Why people use these proprietary formats is beyond me.
