how do you write a good investigative report on the nutrition of school lunches?

i need some ideas or something!

we had to interview two people, and i did that part.
and i have all the background information.

but it says
"you must follow one lead that was uncovered during the investigation that you didn't know existed when you started investigating"
i didn't "uncover" anything.

does anyone know of any acts or anything
that involves school nutrition?
