I am 19 years old and weigh about 145lbs. I work out 2 and a half hours everyday except sundays. I eat around 1250 calories at most. I eat mainly fruits, vegetables and high fiber foods. I eat only whole grains and drink soy and skim milk. I refill my 24 oz water bottle four times daily. I eat only only lean proteins such as fish, eggs, chicken and turkey. When working out, I do an hour of cardio ( running for 30 and biking for 30) I also do weights both free and machine and im seeing very small results. I have recently purchased thye BeHot program and was just wondering if anyone has had successful results or major side effects.
Thanks!
Erin :)

stay away from all and any diet pills. They are all thermogenic and raise your metabolism. People have had major side effects such as death and stroke. You are too young to be worrying about diet pills. Just keep on doing what you are doing. To me, it looks like you are not eating enough. Are you nauseous at all when you work out? If you are that is a good sign that you are not eating enough. Just be safe no matter what you do. Listen to your body and do it all naturally. Also, don't go 6 days a week. You could be suffering from overtraining. You need at least 2 days of rest for what you are trying to do. Also, switch up your workouts. Do more sets, go heavier, change your cardio routine to an interval etc.... Don't be afraid to stop one of the trainers at the gym and have a conversation with them. Good luck.
