How fast do tickets for Lady Gaga's Little Monster Zone sell out?

Im in New York and Im getting tickets for the next time Gaga comes up at Madision Square Garden for my 16th birthday. Me & my mom plan on staying home that day to make sure I get tickets for any one of her MSG shows (she usually does more then 1) because I know she sells fast but how fast does the Little monster zone package sell?

They're $235 and I dont think EVERYONE will wanna pay that much, right?
Anyone purchase them before?
