Mom of 8 Irish gals made me thing about this...thanks
I am going to N.C in July for my brother's wedding and I live right outside of Chicago...I was wondering if it will be hell driving down there with my kids...we went to Indy this weekend to see my brothers and the drive was fine with them (only 2hrs) but the stay was horrible...(they can't sleep away from home)....so now I am worried about the long drive and the hotel stay..any ideas to make it go smoothly? My husband is a big baby too, so I know they will frustrate him and then he will start acting up and I will just want to dump all 3 of them on the side of the road! j/k Mostly him cause he is 31 and acting like a baby....like he did when we went to Indy! Thats why I am scared of this trip
Thanks for the tips...I was thinking about the dvd player/ tv thingy for the back of the headrests and they can watch some tv...I was planning to leave at night so that the kids are sleeping most of the trip but my husband wants to go early in the morning...he said around 4 A.M...he doesn't think he can handle driving at night and he may fall asleep since we really don't travel by car often..so, we will more than likely be driving during the day
