I need at least three ways in which the war in Iraq has impacted Politics.

I think the proper question would be: How has politics affected the War in Iraq?
1) Troops aren't allowed to return fire on the enemy for fear of civilian casualties.
2) We haven't captured Bin Laden yet.
3) The war is still going.

If Congress, and the U.N would butt out, we would win the war within a matter of weeks. So, again, the real question is: How has politics affected the War in Iraq?
