How is your experience with Straight Talk pre paid cell phone especially...

...with customer service? I got my first phone and it was defective. I got the second phone and it was alright except I was on the phone with their customer service for over an hour for them to figure out how to do the phone number transfer. They put me on the hold for who knows how many times and every single issue came up, they had to talk to their "supervisor".

I was just wondering how are your experiences ?

I've heard worse stories that yours, I spend a lot of time comparing different prepaid companies to get the best deal out there and you wouldn't believe how bad some people's experiences are. Personally, mine have been fine, small problems but always resolved easily. I think my expectations are realistically low though, offering the prices they do they have to cut corners somewhere, in the case of most prepaid companies its their customer services. Anyway this doesn't help except to say that ST is much like any other prepaid company out there, their deals are still among the best though.
