A few years ago I was found on the side of the road passed out. I had had a couple of drinks -literally about 2 or 3 drinks or 700mls of homemade wine, over about 2 hours - anyway the ambulance was called and I was rushed off to the hospital, I had hurt myself quite bad from falling over on the footpatch and was completely unconcious.

I arrived at the nearest hospital at 1.10am when they started to pump my stomach.

I became concious at about 5.45am and was told that I was completely intoxicated (by the nurse), I was stunned to hear this because I left home tiddly - not drunk. She didn't believe me this was very clear to see, the doctor was talking to the police about ??? (they wouldn't tell me) and the doctor wanted me to take a urine test "for my health".
I asked him what happened to me and why and how did I get into hospital and he asked if I could remember anything I said no he said "I would really think it would be a good idea for you to take this test....." I asked why and he said ....just in case. I asked him how long it took to pump my stomach and he said about an hour. I asked why it took so long for me to wake up and he said "thats why I think you should have a test done...".

My partner turned up at the hospital, freaked out on me when I told him I was going to give the doctor a urine sample before i left the hospital and then my partner started threatening me in the bathroom. The doctor heard and came over and told my partner that he was not allowed to threaten or harass me and my partner told him to f*** off and mind his own business. (I have no idea what the hell was going on! I have suspicions and I fear them. Which is why the question)

Anyway, the doctor left me to do my sample and my partner told me to not do it and to leave the hospital immediately. So I did. Curious as it seems, there were many nights I could not recall and many mornings I would wake up tired and feel hungover even though i'd had an early night and no alcohol was involved.

I still stick to the FACT that I had not had that much to drink simply because I do not actually like drinking or being drunk, despite the nurse TELLING me I was "completely intoxicated" and the police writing a report saying I was "alcohol dependent" and "a drunk". I am still to this day very frustrated by these remarks that have been said and written.

So I am asking this question to find out how long it takes to pump someones stomach out after they've had lets say a maximum of four drinks at maybe 12-13% and regain conciousness. Your help or suggestions to solve this for my peace of mind would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Thank you to all who are taking the time to read this.
