HOW LONG DOES WEED STAY IN MY SYSTEM IF I ONLY SMOKE ONCE A YEAR?

Ok heres the thing, I smoked about half a blunt last Friday night at around 730pm. Ive smoked before but the last time I smoked was New Years Eve so its been almost a year since ive smoked as I am not a frequent smoker. I have a drug test comming up this Friday...any tips to help me pass this drug test? Its a urine test and im aware that THC can stay in your system for up to 30 days depending on the frequency of marijuana use. Again, I smoke maybe once or twice a year...havent smoked since december of last year, i smoked last friday and taking a urine test this friday....any tips of things i can do pass this urine test?
 
Even if you don't smoke that much it's still about 30 days. If it's rare like your case the number doesn't change much, maybe 20 days.
There is nothing you can do to get rid of traces in your urine. People say there is but nothing is guaranteed.
