How long have your nintendo DS Games lasted for? And How Long are they

meant to last for? I was just curious as to peoples answers to this as I just had a game give out after a bit over two years! Has anybody else had this happen?
P.S. The game was pokemon Diamond!

Games shouldn't go out for a long time.
I still play my original NES, the cartridges get dusty, but the games all still work well

nope my games for ds still work my pokemon diamond works fine , did u use a action replay those kill the games if used to much
