How long, on average, does it take for a published story to appear on FanFiction.net?

I'm just curious, and I haven't used the site in a while, but how long, on average, would you say it takes for someone to get their story in the proper fandom category after they hit 'publish'. I notice that after updating my own story, it doesn't go there straight away and that there's a kind of delay.

Any idea on how long that is?

[I'm not impatient, just curious.]
