I typically just smoked after work like once a day, more on the weekends but lately i have been cutting back. about a month ago i quit for two weeks then i started again, not smoking too much after though, about a bowl a day. I also work out almost every day, so I've heard that exercise helps get the THC out of your system. How long will it take to get on my system about? Also any tricks to get it out quicker... ?
PS don't tell me that weed is bad, or I am stupid for doing it because trust me that's not the case.
