How long will Obama blame George Bush for our current economy?

I understand Obama didn't walk into an economic vacuum on Jan. 20th and that it is tradition to blame the guy before you. That said, does anyone have an honest guess when Obama will step up and say, "Ok, now this one is my fault"? Another month? A year? Will we have to wait until we see Dow 10K again?

Note that we are down 20% since Obama took over the reigns.
