Assuming he is passing though matter, and running on water, to do a full circle on the equater lets say how long would it take him to run around the world if he were only running at the speed of light, I know it takes 8 minutes 20s for light to travel from the sun to earth to how long would it take him to travel from one side of the earth back to the same place going full circle?
