How many songs does an average person have in their mp3 player?

haha i used to be concerned about that too when i didn't have to many songs on my ipod. It doesn't really determine how much you like music it just determines how picky you are. I've had my ipod for almost 5 yrs now and i have less than 300 songs. some people have like thousands of songs but thats most likely because they download any song they think they like even a little bit. Also, you probably don't download full albums (i don't) unless you really like every song while others only download full albums.

Depends on the storage space i guess. 4MB can usally get upto 800 songs. 2MB 400 songs.

depends on how long youve had your mp3. ive had my ipod for about 2 years and have close to 400 hundred songs on it. i may have had more but i buy my stuff off of itunes. plus i buy albums too. it doesnt matter how many you have. it just means that you are more wise on what you buy and actually like your songs.
