how much ab lounge should i do to loose weight or walking and cutting down on food?

I am 15 girl and i weight 180 lb. I am 5'3 and i have sort of high blood pressure. I am trying to lose weight quick because of medical reasons. I have the ab lounge sport. how long should i do the ab lounge to lose about 10 to 15 lb off? with the ab lounge sport and walking combined how long should i be doing this to lose about 10 to 15 or more lb? My family and i eat lots of Indian style foods, spices and all. Can anyone write a plan for what i should do? i don't have any money for ymca or places like that. This would really help if you could do this. :) if you could could you give me your email for extra weight loss help?
