How much body fat can I expect to lose with eating 3 healthy, low carb, low...

...calorie meals a day? If my current body weight is 190 lbs and I am 6'0", somewhat strong for my size but have about 17-18% body fat, mainly in my stomach/waist area, how much body fat could I expect to lose (even a rough estimate) with very healthy eating, 3 meals a day-low carb, low cal- and about an hour of cardio/lifting everyday for the next 2 months?
I know its a specific question and probably has different results depending what person is doing it, but any rough guesses would be appreciated...
