I want to add funds to my Playstation Network account, by entering a PSN Card PIN. After it asks me "Do you want to add these funds to you wallet?" and choose "Yes" then the blue bar starts to blink on "Yes" and then a pop up comes up saying " An Error occurred (80023103)." I went to the PSN website and found out that it supposedly means that it was not able to connect with the PSN. I rread that it may be that my WI-FI has a firewall. So I am trying to input the PS3's Port numbers, but on the settings page for my WI-FI modem (2wire from AT&T) it asks for an "from" and an "to" port numbers for both TCP and UDP. Also it asks for an "Protocol Timeout" and "Map to Host" both of which I have no idea what they are. How can I fix this.... ???
