It keeps making me go in circles and when I try and contact them by email, it takes me in circles again. Giving me every option except for what I want! I want to go paperless and I want to change my billing address online. Can I even do this? Has anyone else done this before? There are icons to go to where I "need to be" but it doesn't ever give me the page where I actually do the actual changes!! So aggravating.
