Ok, so heres what ive done:
1) connect stick to macbook via usb
2) dragged the .dmg to desktop, then ran it
3) clicked on "Rogers Wireless Connection Manager.mpkg"
4) agreed to terms, clicked install
5) "The Insallation Failed"
what now? i tried restarting my computer but got the same message
