How to convert PS3 arcade stick into Xbox Arcade stick? Dual?

Hey guys, I'm attending CEO Fighting Game Championships this year. And I have a PS3 arcade stick. But the tourney is using an Xbox system. Does anyone know how to convert a PS3 arcade stick into a Dual one in which it could be played on both PS3 and Xbox?
